About Fees

TUITION FEES

Participants from EIT Health partners do not have to pay tuition fees. Please see the list of official EIT Health partners.

If you are a student at another university (not a EIT Health Partner) or were a student in the past two years, you must pay a tuition fee of 30€. We will ask for a copy of your latest student ID card.

All other participants must pay tuition fees of 900€.

These fees cover :

• Course content
• Internet access at school
• Coffee breaks
• Transfer to/from Grenoble Railway station or Lyon Airport for the common core

These fees do not cover other travel, accommodation or living expenses incurred during the course.

Tuition fees must be paid in full by the end of June 2018. Payment details will be forwarded to applicants upon acceptance into the program.

ACCOMODATION & MEALS

During the common core of the program (August 24^th to 31^st), participants have the option of either reserving a room at Les Mélèzes Residence (where courses and workshops will take place) or of independently booking a hotel room in the town of Villard-de-Lans.

A room at "Les Mélèzes Residence"

• Consists of a shared room with 2 single beds for 8 nights
• Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner for 8 days
• Costs 400€ per person

Only lunch at "Les Mélèzes Residence"

• Costs 112€ per person 

Lunch and dinner at "Les Mélèzes Residence"

• Costs 224€ per person 

 PAYMENT INFORMATION

Participants are required to pay accomodation and/or meal costs within 14 days of receiving official confirmation of acceptance into the program via email.

The payment deadline for all participants is July 1^st 2018.

REFUND POLICY

In the event of a cancellation, the participant must contact the administration before July 1^st  for a refund of 90% of the total deposit. Contact: clinmed2018@sciencesconf.org

For cancellations made after July 1^st, no refund will be issued.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation from your place of residence to the location of the immersive stage of the program is not included in the tuition fees and must be independently arranged by the participants.

Transfers from the French locations of the immersive experience (Besançon, Garches, Grenoble, Lille, Lyon, Nancy, Tours) to Villard-de-Lans is covered for all participants. Buses returning to either Grenoble Railway station or Lyon airport are also provided. We are currently looking into the possibility of covering transportation costs from Lisboa to Lyon Airport .

GRANTS

The ClinMed2018 Summer School will be awarding grants to a select number of students. These grants can be applied only to housing and/or meal costs at the Mélèzes Residence in Villard-de-Lans, France.

Funding is limited. Therefore, students interested in applying to the program and receiving a grant should apply as early as possible.
